The Head of the Trenggalek BPBD, Triadi Atmono, said that based on the official BMKG report, the epicenter was about 90 kilometers in the southeast waters of Pacitan Regency with a depth of 10 kilometers.

As of Friday morning, the BPBD had not received reports of any casualties, injuries, or building damage due to the earthquake.
