Responding to the raid, President Commissioner of PT BTID Tantowi Yahya said the company carried out the Bali Kura-Kura KEK in full compliance with permits.
Regarding obtaining permission to exchange the tahura land, according to him, the council should have approached the government which at that time issued the permit.
