JAKARTA - The President Director of PT Metra Digital Investama (MDI) Donald Surjana Wihardja was charged with causing state losses of 20 million US dollars (USD) or equivalent to Rp. 290.92 billion related to the alleged corruption case regarding the management of investment funds at PT Tani Group Indonesia (TaniHub).

The JPU said that the act was carried out together with the Vice President (VP) of Investment PT MDI Aldi Adrian Hartanto, who was tried together.
Donald's illegal acts with Aldi allegedly enriched Ivan Arie Sustiawan by Rp2.29 billion; Edison Tobing Rp92.89 million; and PT Tani Grup Indonesia 25 million US dollars or equivalent to Rp364.22 billion.
