Huntara in Aceh Baru 3.248 Units Completed from the Need of 16.294

BANDA ACEH - A total of 3,248 temporary housing (huntara) has been completed in Aceh from a total of 16,294 units. This data was revealed by the Task Force (Satgas) for the Acceleration of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Post-disaster Sumatra.

"What has been completed 100 percent is 3,248 units. This does not mean that everything has been completed. In fact, this is another hard work so that it can be completed early in Ramadan," said the Head of the Acceleration Task Force for Rehabilitation and Reconstruction in Aceh, Safrizal ZA, when confirmed from Banda Aceh, reported from ANTARA, Saturday, January 31.

This statement is to clarify the previous information that said 100 percent of the huntara in Aceh had been completed in a press conference of the Task Force in Jakarta on Thursday (29/1). In fact, what was meant by the Task Force Spokesperson, Amran, 100 percent was 3,248 units, not the whole.

Safrizal explained, based on the results of the survey, the huntara in Aceh amounted to 16,294 units, and 3,248 units had been completed. The remaining 13,046 units are in the process of being built.

For areas with the most significant completion of huntara in Aceh Tamiang Regency, namely around 1,000 units are completed, the remaining 1,600 units are in the construction process.

Furthermore, North Aceh Regency has completed approximately 829 units, the remaining 3,400 units are under construction, while Pidie Jaya has completed 222 units and the remaining 551 units.

"Aceh Tengah has completed approximately 275 units, the remaining 506 units are being built, Bener Meriah has completed approximately 200 units, the remaining 700 units are being built," he said.

In addition, the construction of the huntara was also carried out in Nagan Raya Regency. From the need for 654 units, 55 units were completed, then Pidie 12 units were completed.

Next, Lhokseumawe 67 units, 40 completed, then East Aceh, from 3,413 units, 400 have been completed. Meanwhile, in Gayo Lues, from the need for 2,659 units, 200 units have been completed.

Furthermore, in Langsa the huntara needs 65 units, to date 15 units have been completed, West Aceh 12 units are still in the process (SK location).

Meanwhile, for the housing waiting fund (DTH), continued Safrizal, the total recipients were 8,047 heads of households (KK), and the ones that had just been disbursed were around 4,000 more KK.

"⁠Selesai transfer/penyaluran 4.000-an KK. ⁠Sedangkan yang masih dalam proses lebih kurang 4.000-an KK, dominan pada proses rekening dan verifikasi," demikian Safrizal ZA.
