Subali said that the MMD shop building was not a state-owned building (BMN).
"Regarding the BMN problem in MMD, its utilization will be managed again, because according to the document in the DJKN which is the property of the state, it is still in the form of a land expanse," he said.

Is the handover not yet ratified, has the developer not handed over to the state or something else, but the problem here is that the residents are forced to hand over the shop. Subali said residents would ask to use this shop but in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
"The point is that the DJKN has summoned the Ministry of Defense and the Navy to ask for information in order to rearrange. Because the reason for the residents here, it does not comply with the rules. So from here, from the beginning, mediation with Inkopal but Inkopal until today has not been able to accept.
