"Polda Metro Jaya has received a report from Brother OAD on Friday, January 9, 2026," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Police Budi Hermanto, ANTARA, Thursday, January 22, 2026.
The police report is related to the alleged criminal offense of defamation/slander through electronic media that is spread through an anonymous social media account.
Budi explained that his party had also examined the reporter on Thursday (15/1). "Furthermore, investigators will examine other witnesses on Thursday, January 22, 2026," he said.
Regarding the chronology of the incident, Budi has not explained in detail. He only mentioned that the reported person was still under investigation.
Previously, the official social media account of X, which is allegedly owned by Oscar Darmawan, namely @OscarDarmawan, uploaded a police report.
In his upload, he explained that as of January 9, 2026, the anonymous account was officially reported to the Polda Metro Jaya. Coordination has been carried out repeatedly for the sake of investigation.
