He said that the four suspects had provided working capital credit facilities to PT Agung Jaya Group of Rp5 billion from Bank Bengkulu Branch Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province.
For their actions, the four suspects were charged with the lex specialist, namely Article 49 of the Banking Law Number 7 of 1992 with a minimum sentence of five years and a maximum of 15 years in prison with a minimum fine of Rp. 10 billion and a maximum of Rp. 200 billion.
Meanwhile, the four suspects have filed a pretrial, but it was rejected by the Bengkulu Corruption Crime Court (Tipikor) Court of Judges.
Previously, investigators from the Fiscal and Foreign Exchange Sub-Directorate (Fismondev) of the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate (Ditreskrimsus) of the Bengkulu Police had carried out forced searches at two locations, namely the Bengkulu Bank Office, Kepahiang Assistant Branch and the Bengkulu Bank Main Branch Office.
