JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Prosecutor (JPU) will present a number of figures as witnesses in the trial of the alleged corruption in the management of crude oil and refinery products for the period 2018-2023. "The testimony of the witnesses is certainly related to the facts revealed in the case file and will be very useful in proving the charges filed by the JPU," said Anang.
Meanwhile, the Director of Prosecution at the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus), Riono Budisantoso, said witnesses would be asked to explain the governance in the PT Pertamina environment during their tenure.
"These witnesses will explain how Pertamina's governance was when they were in office, including alleged irregularities in its implementation," said Riono.
