KPK Warning to State Officials: LHKPN 2025 Must Be Complete, Deadline March 31, 2026

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) reminded all state administrators and mandatory reporters (PN/WL) to immediately submit the periodic wealth report of state administrators (LHKPN) for 2025. They have until March 31, 2026.

"Compliance and reporting of LHKPN is an important part of the commitment of state organizers in realizing transparency, accountability, and as an effort to prevent corruption from the beginning," said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters through his written statement quoted on Thursday, January 15.

Budi said the periodic wealth report for 2025 was calculated until December 31. This obligation must be carried out once a year and applies to the heads of state institutions, ministers and deputy ministers in the Red and White Cabinet, heads of government and non-structural institutions, and regional heads.

Then, the leadership and members of the DPRD to the directors of SOEs and BUMD throughout Indonesia must also submit their wealth to the KPK.

"The submission of LHKPN must be complete, correct, and timely," he said.

"In line with this, the KPK appeals to the leadership of agencies and internal supervisory officials at each institution to also play an active role in monitoring and supervising compliance with the LHKPN reporting of PN/WL in their respective institutions," continued Budi.

After the LHKPN was submitted, Budi explained that administrative verification would be carried out. "If it is declared complete, it will be immediately published so that the public can access it as a form of openness of public information," he said.

Furthermore, Budi reminded that there was no reason for officials not to report their wealth. Because, they are ready to help and provide assistance in the filling process.
