BANDA ACEH - The National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) has built 44 temporary housing units (huntara) in the Tamiang Hulu District, Aceh Tamiang Regency for flood-affected residents.
"In Tamiang Hulu District, there are 44 huntara units concentrated in the capital of the Tiga Island district," said BNPB Huntara House Project Supervisor Krisna in Aceh Tamiang, Wednesday, January 14, reported by ANTARA.
Krisna explained that the progress of the development of the huntaraPulau Tiga had only been running for five days. The BNPB huntara model there is a little different, in one unit of 18 meters consisting of five kopel/doors.
Then, in each kopel or room it is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and the floor is poured cement.
"The position of the kitchen and bathroom is outside each room. Yes, it's true that the floor is cor," he said.
Krisna himself was tasked with overseeing the construction of a special huntarakhusus project in the Tamiang Hulu District. Meanwhile, for other districts, there are other supervisory officers appointed by BNPB.
Huntara is built according to the number of flood refugees in each village. Refugee data is taken from the village level, raised to BPBD Aceh Tamiang and forwarded to BNPB.
"A total of 221 families of refugees, from six villages in Tamiang Hulu District, will inhabit 44 huntaradi on Tiga Island," he said.
His party targets, the construction of 44 units of huntaradi houses in Tamiang Hulu District is expected to be completed within one month if there are no obstacles to mobilizing the building materials.
"For the material, it is the same as Huntara Danantara, using light steel to speed up the work process. The roof uses galvalum, while the walls are made of calcium carbonate," said Krisna.
Previously, the Aceh Tamiang Regency Government had proposed around 8,155 huntarayang units spread across 14 land rights for business (HGU) plantation sites. The location that has now been completed is in Simpang Empat Upah Village, Karang Baru with 600 units.
