He assessed that the problem of teamwork and coordination was a serious note in the evaluation of previous haj arrangements.
"Service in Madinah and Mecca is a team effort. If discipline and coordination are problematic, the jamaah is harmed," he said.
To strengthen the character, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah adopts a military training approach, including simulation of services in the Holy Land and Masyair, as well as physical tests.
