JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Transportation Office (Dishub) will carry out a trial of traffic arrangements with the implementation of a one-way system (SSA) on Jalan Rawa Simprug III, South Jakarta. This trial is scheduled to last for two weeks, from Wednesday, January 7 to Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Office Syafrin Liputo said that the traffic engineering was applied at certain hours to disperse vehicle density in the Permata Hijau area and its surroundings.
"This trial of traffic arrangements with the One-Way System is enforced from 16.00 to 20.00 WIB, especially Monday to Friday, except on holidays," said Syafrin in his statement, Thursday, January 8.
In this trial scheme, the traffic flow on Jalan Rawa Simprug III, which was previously two-way, specifically from the Kramat Putal Senayan junction to the Jalan Rawa Simprug I junction, will be changed to one direction at the time of the SSA implementation.
Meanwhile, a number of roads around the location are still two-way, including Jalan Seha, Jalan Rawa Simprug I, Jalan Limo, Jalan Permata Hijau segment Limo, and Jalan Simprug Garden.
Meanwhile, Jalan Kramat Putal Senayan will be one-way from north to south.
Syafrin appealed to road users to adapt to the traffic arrangements that apply during the trial period. He also asked motorists to comply with traffic signs and follow the instructions of officers in the field.
"Road user safety remains the top priority in the implementation of this traffic regulation," said Syafrin.
