President Prabowo Says the Swasembada era of Soeharto, Now the Largest Rice Reserves in History

BOGOR - President Prabowo Subianto gave a briefing to members of the Red and White Cabinet during a retreat held in Hambalang, Bogor Regency, Tuesday, January 6.

President Prabowo thanked the members of the Red and White Cabinet who had carried out their duties as well as possible. President Prabowo also said that Indonesia could achieve food self-sufficiency, in this case rice in the midst of territorial conflicts in a number of countries, especially in Southeast Asian countries.

Because previously, Indonesia was still dependent on imports from neighboring countries such as Thailand and Vietnam.

Now, according to President Prabowo, Indonesia's rice reserves have reached the highest peak in Indonesian history, after previously rice self-sufficiency was successfully carried out in the era of President Soeharto's leadership.
