In the action, the UA perpetrator was carried by his partner with the initials KI who acted as a jockey. However, KI managed to escape from the pursuit and siege of the residents.
"For his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 477 of the Criminal Code of theft with a threat of imprisonment for a maximum of 7 years," he said.
