Like the Hasby - Windy Idol case, MAKI urges the KPK to name Ridwan Kamil and his female friend as suspects

JAKARTA - Coordinator of the Indonesian Anti-Corruption Society (MAKI) Boyamin Saiman urged the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to immediately arrest the former Governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil and his girlfriend who were suspected of receiving funds from alleged corruption in the procurement of regional bank advertisements.

Among Ridwan Kamil's girlfriends was none other than Lisa Mariana and celebrity Aura Kasih. Boyamin said this refers to the handling of the KPK regarding the issue of the former Secretary of the Supreme Court (MA) Hasbi Hasan who also dragged his girlfriend, Windy Idol.

"And the KPK has charged Windy Idol in the Hasbi Hasan case. In fact, it is suspected that he only received the money or helped so much," said MAKI Coordinator, Boyamin Saiman through his written statement to VOI, Thursday, January 1.

He added that there was a confession from Lisa Mariana who had received money and there was a statement from Ridwan Kamil who called the money a form of blackmail.

"Lisa Mariana said she accepted. Then Ridwan Kamil when asked by media friends said it was blackmail. Well, this means that it has been discovered that this is the least of it," said Boyamin.

According to Boyamin, the determination of the TPPU suspect must be based on sufficient evidence. However, he considered that the legal step was important to provide a deterrent effect while recovering state losses.

"For the return of losses to the state and the intention is to teach certain people not to accept money so easily," said Boyamin.

KPK spokesman, Budi Prasetyo, emphasized that the summoning of a person in the investigation process must be based on information and initial evidence possessed by investigators, especially regarding the alleged flow of funds in the case.

"The summoning of someone in the investigation process of a case, especially related to the BJB case, is certainly based on information or initial evidence," Budi told the media at the KPK Red and White Building, South Jakarta, Tuesday (23/12/2025).

Budi admitted that investigators had collected a number of names of women who were suspected of receiving funds from the BJB Bank case, in addition to Lisa Mariana who had previously been examined. During the examination, Lisa admitted receiving funds from Ridwan Kamil for her son with the initials CA.
