JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Fitroh Rohcahyanto said there were 73 cases that were declared to have legal force or inkrah in 2025. However, two of them received pardons from President Prabowo Subianto who has the prerogative.
"Of the total 73 cases that have become legally binding or inkrah, there are two cases that have received amnesty and rehabilitation as a prerogative of the president," Fitroh said in writing in the KPK's year-end notes presented on Monday, December 22.
Fitroh said the first case to receive amnesty from President Prabowo Subianto was the case of bribery for the exchange of members of the DPR for the 2019-2024 period, which ensnared Hasto Kristiyanto as Secretary General of the Struggle for the Struggle (PDIP).
Meanwhile, for rehabilitation, President Prabowo Subianto gave it to Ira Puspadewi as President Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), Muhammad Yusuf Hadi as ASDP Commercial Director, and Harry Muhammad Adhi Caksono as ASDP Planning and Development Director.
"The KPK reiterates that these two cases have been tested for their formal aspects in the pre-trial which states that the entire process is valid," said Fitroh.
"Including the determination of the suspect," he continued.
In addition to having been tested through a pretrial, Hasto and Ira Puspadewi et al. have also been found guilty by the Jakarta Corruption Court. "This means that all legal processes carried out by the KPK are correct and in accordance with the applicable legal process," said Fitroh, who is a former Director of Prosecution of the KPK.
"KPK also ensures that the handling process of the case will continue as it should," he concluded.
