He said that the two marijuana users, MM (23) and PU (14), were arrested Monday night (15/12) shortly after the members suspected and stopped the motorcycle he was using.
"At that time, the members saw two people riding a red motorcycle from Dok VIII towards the city who looked suspicious and tried to increase the speed of their vehicle so that it was stopped in front of the governor's office," said AKP Febry.
He added, before stopping his vehicle, one of them threw a blue shopping bag which after being taken to be examined turned out to contain marijuana.
