Attorney General's Office Emphasizes Atalia's Divorce Suit to Ridwan Kamil Is Not Related to the Selebgram Issue Lisa Mariana

BANDUNG - Atalia Praratya's lawyer, Debi Agusfriansa, confirmed that the divorce lawsuit filed by her client against former West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil was not related to the celebrity Lisa Mariana (LM) who was later widely discussed by the public.

Debi said that the issue linking the divorce lawsuit with Lisa Mariana was a wrong interpretation and not in accordance with the substance of the case filed with the Bandung Religious Court.

"If it's related to LM, no, there isn't. The point is that it's related to why and how it's a lawsuit material," Debi said when met at the Bandung Religious Court, Antara, Wednesday, December 17.

The reasons and background of the divorce lawsuit are part of the lawsuit material which is private and cannot be conveyed to the public.

"Regarding the reasons and background of the lawsuit, it is a matter of the lawsuit and is private, so we cannot convey it to the public," he said.

Debi emphasized that the divorce lawsuit filed by Atalia Praratya was purely a personal matter between the two parties and had nothing to do with issues that developed outside the trial.

Furthermore, he said his client was unable to attend the first hearing because he was on duty.

"The agenda today seems to be mediation," said Debi.

According to Debi, Atalia hopes that the legal process that is being carried out can run well and provide the best results for all parties involved. "The point is to pray for each other, hopefully there is the best for Mom and Dad," he said.
