Helmy Yahya Encourages Content Creators To Lift Regional Potential: One Content Can Worldize An Area

JAKARTA - Chairman of the All-Indonesian Content Creators Association (AKKSI) Helmy Yahya emphasized the huge economic potential of content creators in promoting local, cultural, and local culinary areas. He said that one quality content is able to create an area known to the world and even contribute to foreign exchange.

One content can create a global area. Therefore, the creator profession must be used to introduce culture, culinary, and regional potential," said Helmy Yahya at the 2025 ACTION Working Meeting and the inauguration of the Riau DPW at the Vertu Harmoni Hotel, Jakarta, Tuesday (12/12).

Helmy Yahya Invites Riau Creators To Unite In ACTION

Helmy appealed to creators in Riau to unite in ACTION as a forum for learning, legal protection, understanding of the code of ethics, and increasing professionalism.

"Don't wait for it to be responded to. Creators must be proactive. City and regional boundaries are no longer relevant as long as there is the internet. For the Chairperson of the Riau DPW, I wish you a good job and invite as many creators as possible to join," he said.

After being inaugurated as Chair of the Riau DPW, Andesma Candra emphasized her commitment to building an inclusive creative space and strengthening the capacity of creators in all provinces.

"This momentum makes Riau the center of the national creator economy. I am ready to raise the potential for creators from all corners of the region," said Andesma, who is also a Big Agency Podkes podcaster on Spotify.

ACTION Working Meeting 2025 Discuss Strengthening Content Creator Ecosystem

The 2025 AKKSI Working Meeting focuses on discussing AD/ART, code of ethics, and work programs that focus on accelerating the development of creator capacity and expanding national networks.

The event was also filled with the signing of the MoU between AKKSI and X Partners for training programs and content development. A number of strategic partners were also present, including PT Yor Future Hugency, PT Alco Media Convex, Maja Institute, and Blooming Studio.

In addition to inaugurating the Riau DPW, Helmy Yahya also confirmed the management of DPW Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, South Kalimantan, South Sumatra, Lampung, and East Java.

The event closed with a networking session that brought together central management, DPW, creators, and strategic partners. This working meeting affirms the commitment of AKKSI to strengthen the content creator ecosystem throughout Indonesia.
