The Case Of Brigadier Esco's Death In Mataram, Files Of 5 Suspects Including Close Wives Already P-21

MATARAM (Kejari) Mataram District Attorney, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), stated that the case files of five suspects in the alleged murder of Brigadier Esco Faska Rely have been declared complete or P-21.

"The file of suspect R (Brigadir Rizka Sintiani) is already P-21, including four other suspects," said Head of the Mataram Kejari Intelligence Section Harun Al Rasyd in Mataram, Antara, Monday, December 8.

With the complete file, the prosecutor asked the police investigator to follow up on the second stage process or transfer of the suspect and evidence to the public prosecutor.

"When? Just wait," he said.

The Director of Criminal Investigation at the NTB Police, Kombes Syarif Hidayat, also confirmed that the files of five suspects were declared complete by the research prosecutor.

"The files of the five suspects are complete. Then we immediately hand over the suspects and evidence to the public prosecutor. As soon as possible," he said.

The five suspects consisted of the victim's wife, Brigadier Rizka Sintiani; friend of the victim, Shazi; Amaq Saiun, a relative who first found the body; and two other suspects, namely Amaq Saiun's wife named Nuraini and Brigadier Rizka's younger brother, Deni.

The role of the suspects was revealed through the reconstruction of the case and the strengthening of evidence which was considered sufficient to determine the five people as suspects.

Saat ini, Brigadir Rizka yang lebih dulu ditetapkan sebagai tersangka ditahan di Dittahti Polda NTB. Sementara empat tersangka lain menjalani penahanan di Rutan Polres Lombok Barat.

Currently, Brigadier Rizka, who was first named a suspect, is being held at the NTB Regional Police's Dittahti. Meanwhile, four other suspects were detained at the West Lombok Police Detention Center.
