JAKARTA - Minister of Population and Family Development/Head of BKKBN Wihaji conveyed that the Free Nutrition Food or MBG program for pregnant women (pregnant women), breastfeeding mothers (feeding mothers), and non-PAUD toddlers (3B) reached more than three million beneficiaries.

Wihaji said that currently there are 597,898 family assistance teams (TPK) throughout Indonesia that support joint activities of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) related to the implementation of the MBG program for 3B targets.
Of this number, he said, 42,163 TPKs were recorded as having distributed special MBGs to target groups 3B. The distribution resulted in the achievement of more than three million beneficiaries.
Wihaji also explained that President Prabowo would provide assistance in the form of motorbikes to TPK and extension workers who had distributed the MBG program for the 3B target, as an appreciation and form of support for hard work in the field.
"Mr. President said that he would provide motor assistance to all extension workers in Indonesia to ease their work in distributing MBG. This motorbike is specifically for KB and PLKB extension workers," said Wihaji.
Wihaji conveyed that the motor assistance might be in the form of electric motors to facilitate the mobility of extension workers to distribute MBG.
In addition, the President also requested that extension workers continue to be strengthened in capacity through education and socialization of BKKBN programs, as part of the government's efforts to improve family welfare.
Regarding the budget to be used, Wihaji said he would leave all decisions to the President.
