JAKARTA - The Honorary Council of Election Organizers (DKPP) has imposed strict warning sanctions as well as dismissal from the position of Chairman of the Yapen Islands Regency Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) to Hofni Yulius Mandripon in a hearing to read the verdict.

1. Case number 190-PKE-DKPP/IX/2025:

Five members of Yapen Islands Regency were given warning witnesses, namely Zakeus Rumpedai, Evrida Worembai, Hugo Alvian Im Castration, Ferdinand Yakob Pieter, and Irwansya.

Hofni Yulius Mandripon was dismissed as a member of the Yapen Islands Regency Bawaslu.

Meanwhile, two members of the Yapen Salmon Islands Bawaslu, Robaha and Herold Max Jandeday, were rehabilitated for not being proven to have violated the code of ethics as election organizers.

2. Case Number 192-PKE-DKPP/IX/2025Chairman and Members of Bawaslu, North Nias Regency, namely Yanser Wardin Harefa, San Ristiani Laoli, and Edikania Zega were given warning sanctions.

3. Case Number 194-PKE-DKPP/IX/2025DKPP did not impose a verdict but a decision against Bawaslu Members of Palopo City Ardiansyah Indra Panca Putra, because the complainant withdrew his complaint before the trial was held.
