JAKARTA - Four Palestinians were killed and another injured in an Israeli army attack on the Gaza Strip on Monday, amid a ceasefire.

Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza received two bodies after Israel carried out a drone strike in the Bani Suhaila area, Khan Younis.

As reported by ANTARA from Anadolu, Monday, November 24, two other people were shot dead by Israeli snipers in the Al-Tuffah residential area, eastern Gaza City, according to a number of medical sources.

A Palestinian was also injured by Israeli artillery fire near the "yellow line" in the Al-Shaaf region, Al-Tuffah, sources said without explaining the victim's condition.

The yellow line separates territory heavily guarded by the Israeli military from territory that Palestinians may live in under a ceasefire agreement.

According to eyewitnesses, Israel carried out airstrikes with fighter jets and helicopters, as well as ground attacks with tanks in Rafah, southern Gaza.

In Khan Younis, the Israeli military launched airstrikes in the eastern part of the city, where they defended their troops.

The latest wave of attacks violated a ceasefire imposed in Gaza since October 10.

According to local authorities, 342 Palestinians have died as a result of Israeli attacks since the ceasefire was imposed.

Since October 2023, Israeli forces have killed nearly 70,000 people in Gaza, mostly women and children, and injured more than 170,900 people in the brutal military aggression that destroyed much of the Palestinian enclave.
