JAKARTA - Pakistan's Ambassador to Indonesia Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri met with President Prabowo Subianto at the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday, November 17.

To reporters after the meeting, Zahid told the contents of the conversation with President Prabowo Subianto. In principle, according to Zahid, the discussion wants to strengthen relations between Indonesia and Pakistan, which have been well established, is increasing.

Zahid told reporters that the Indonesian people are lucky to have a leader like Prabowo Subianto who has a vision ahead.

According to Zahid, Indonesia and Pakistan are the two countries with the largest Muslim population in the world, so cooperation in various fields needs to be strengthened. In addition to the economic sector, strengthening cooperation is also expected in the education and health sectors. Including science, technology, information technology, to defense.

Zahid also said that cooperation between Indonesia and Pakistan in world forums, such as in the United Nations, the OIC, and a number of other organizations, was going well. Regarding the details of the cooperation, Zahid has not been able to explain further, including investment cooperation.

During the meeting, Zahid also conveyed the contents of the discussion regarding the Free Nutrition Food (MBG) program. According to him, what President Prabowo Subianto did was a bold and visionary thing.

Zahid also said that Pakistan hopes to continue to strengthen cooperation with Indonesia under the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto so that various sectors can provide benefits for the two countries.
