SEMARANG - Head of the Blora Regency Social, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service (Dinsos P3A), Central Java Luluk Kusuma Agung Ariadi, revealed that the results of the examination by the P3A Social Service's Counseling and Assistance Unit (UKB) found a history of bullying experienced by the perpetrators while still in elementary school.

There are allegations that one of the students who used to be a victim is now the perpetrator of bullying at Blora Junior High School. This pattern is often repeated, those who have been bullied then imitate similar behavior towards other friends," explained Luluk in Blora, Wednesday, November 12.

According to him, this condition is a sign of the importance of continuous psychological assistance, not only for victims, but also for perpetrators.

The local government, he added, has prepared further steps in the form of assistance from school psychologists and counselors to restore the emotional condition of the students involved.

"We want them to recover soon, so as not to repeat the behavior of bullying in the future," he added.

Of the 33 students examined, four of them have been transferred to other schools after going through a mediation process with parents, teachers, and related agencies.

This step was taken to maintain the conduciveness of the learning environment and provide a better coaching space.

"Today, the four students involved in the case are scheduled to be accompanied by the P3A Social Service team to register for a new school as part of the recovery and coaching process," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Blora Police, AKP Zaenul Arifin, emphasized that his party had trained 33 students involved in this case at the Women and Children Service Unit (PPA) of the Blora Police.

"On Tuesday (11/11), at around 10:00 WIB, students involved were summoned along with parents, teachers, and community leaders. We emphasize to the children that bullying is not a joke. This can have a serious impact on victims and perpetrators," he said.

Previously, the case became public attention after a 25-second video circulated widely on a paid application. In the video, it appears that a student gets unpleasant treatment from several of his classmates in the school bathroom. The victim was seen being beaten and ridiculed, while the other student just watched without trying to intervene.
