Brigadier HA has now been placed in a special place (patsus) to undergo further investigation by the Banten Police's Professional and Security Division (Bidpropam).

The person concerned has also been placed in a special place for further investigation and examination," said Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police, Kombes Didik Hariyanto, as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, October 28.
Didik emphasized that the Banten Police are committed to taking firm action against any members who commit violations, especially those related to professional ethics.
"Leaders have emphasized that every violation will be processed in a transparent and accountable manner. This is part of our efforts to maintain public trust in the Police," he said.
The alleged violation case began with a report by a woman with the initials ES on October 4, 2025, to the Cilegon Police Sipropam.
In his report, ES admitted that he had a personal relationship with Brigadier HA which then caused problems and became a news story.

Following up on the report, the Cilegon Police Paminal Sipropam examined reporters and a number of witnesses, including the owner and manager of villas in the Cinangka area, Serang, which is suspected to be the place of the violation.
The results of the examination confirmed that Brigadier HA was at the villa with the reporter on July 16, 2025 and had a relationship like a husband and wife.
The Cilegon Police also examined the legal wife of Brigadier HA and the alleged violator.
During the examination, Brigadier HA admitted his actions and stated that he had established a personal relationship with the reporter and took inappropriate actions by members of the National Police.
Based on the results of the investigation, the Cilegon Police Paminal issued an assignment report dated October 16, 2025 to the Cilegon Police Chief.
The police chief then gave a disposition on October 20, 2025, to follow up on the case through further examination and reporting on the progress of the handling results.
As a follow-up, Siepropam Cilegon Police handed over Brigadier HA to the Banten Police Bidpropam on October 23, 2025 evening.
