Bogor City DPRD Chair Inaugurates 2025 Job Fair, Promotes Local Workforce Employment

BOGOR - Chairman of the Bogor City DPRD Adityawarman Adil together with Deputy Mayor of Bogor Jenal Mutaqin inaugurated the Job Fair 2025 activities of Bogor City, Wednesday 15 October. Job Fair activities will take place for 3 days, 15-17 October 2025 at Plaza Jambu Dua, Warung Jambu, Bogor City.

"This activity is very beneficial for the people of Bogor City. This activity is an oase in the midst of our economic condition which is full of challenges", said Adityawarman in his remarks at this activity.

The DPRD, he continued, expressed its appreciation, especially to the ranks of the Manpower Service (Disnaker) who have carried out this activity for the third time.

"This activity is useful, especially to reduce the open unemployment rate as well as efforts to prosper the people of Bogor City", said Adityawarman.

Adityawarman also appreciated 40 local and national companies for their participation in this activity. "Hopefully the company leaders, their business will progress so that they can recruit more personnel from Bogor City," said the legislator from the Prosperous Justice Party.

Job Fair activities are the intervention of the Bogor City Government through the Manpower Office to bring together companies and job seekers to meet, interact and conduct selection directly based on the principle of placement of labor: open, free, objective, fair and equal.

This activity is expected to reduce the open unemployment rate of Bogor City, which currently reaches 8.13 percent. The target for this activity is 600 workers.
