JAKARTA - A ship capsized in a lake in northeastern Ghana killing 15 people, most of whom were children.
Citing AP, Monday, October 13, Ghana's maritime authorities reported last Sunday that the accident occurred in Lake Volta in West Krachi District, Oti Region.
