In eastern Indonesia, Putri explained that cloudy weather is predicted by BMKG to be experienced in Manokwari and Ambon, light rain in Ternate, Sorong, Nabire, Jayawijaya, Jayapura and Merauke.

He also warned that the maximum high temperature in a number of cities ranged from 27 to 35 degrees Celsius.

"For those who live in Serang, Surabaya Semarang, Yogyakarta and its surroundings, be aware of the predicted temperature ranging from 32 to 35 degrees Celsius, especially those who are active outside the room," he said.
