Drama Dualisme PPP, Menkum Tegas: Pemerintah Tak Mixed, Bawa Ke PTUN

JAKARTA Minister of Law (Menkum) Supratman Andi Agtas invites the United Development Party (PPP) of Agus Suparmanto's camp to sue the PPP management Decree (SK) for the Muhammad Mardiono camp which has been ratified to the State Administrative Court (PTUN).

"The government does not interfere with what happens in the internal affairs of political parties," Supratman said at a press conference in Jakarta, Antara, Friday, October 3.

Supratman explained that the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) ratified the management of the Mardiono camp PPP because since the beginning of the Agus camp and the PPP Court stated that there were no internal problems related to the management.

He said Mardiono's PPP management registration was carried out on Tuesday (30/9) through the Legal Entity Administration System (SABH). A day later, Wednesday (1/10), he received a complete management document from the Director General of General Legal Administration (AHU).

"At 10.00 am I signed, there is no objection at all," he said.

According to Supratman, before the decree was signed there were no complaints from any party. The decree was then submitted to the Director General of AHU to be taken by Mardiono's camp. However, after the decree was submitted, then another management registration appeared which caused problems.

He emphasized that as long as the management documents are complete, his party will process the decree quickly according to the transformation of public services.

If someone says the decree comes out too soon, it's actually slow. In the past, I issued a decree two hours after it was determined, PKB three hours later. We also treated other political parties the same," he said.

Sementara itu, Ketua Majelis Pertimbangan PPP Muhammad Romahurmuziy yang mewakili kubu Agus menolak SK yang diteken Menkumham karena dinilai cacat hukum. Menurut Rommy, SK tersebut tidak memenuhi delapan poin persyaratan dalam Permenkumham No. 34/2017, khususnya poin 6 yang mensyaratkan adanya surat keterangan tidak dalam perselisihan internal partai dari Mahkamah Partai Politik.

Meanwhile, Chairman of the PPP Advisory Council Muhammad Romahurmuziy who represented Agus' camp rejected the decree signed by the Minister of Law and Human Rights because it was considered legally flawed. According to Rommy, the decree did not meet eight terms of requirements in Permenkumham No. 34/2017, particularly point 6, which requires a certificate not in an internal party dispute from the Political Party Court.
