Officers Are Overwhelmed Over Illegal Parking In Front Of Gambir Station

JAKARTA - A number of taxis that often hang out in front of Gambir Station, Central Jakarta were caught in a raid during a illegal parking operation held by the Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. on Friday, September 26, 2025.

There were even taxis that managed to avoid the raid in front of Gambir Station, Central Jakarta. They stepped on the gas when they saw the arrival of the officers.

Furthermore, Central Jakarta Sub-dept. officers visited the Senen area to carry out control. At this location, officers found conventional taxis parked on the right side of the road, near Atrium Senen.

"Yes, I'm urinating, if you get raids, it's up to you," he said.

Even though he reasoned that he had urinated, the blue conventional taxi was still given a ticket.

The team commander of the Central Jakarta Sub-dept., Juniarto Marbun, said that if the location carried out by the raid was indeed a sign that it was prohibited from parking. His party has no problem with conventional taxis looking for money.

"We do a ticket and give a warning, so that in the future we don't commit any more violations," he said.
