BMKG: Afternoon To Jabodetabek Night Potentially Raining

JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that the weather in the Jabodetabek area on Friday, September 26, will be dominated by sunny cloudy to thick cloudy conditions, with the potential for light rain in a number of areas.

On Friday morning (01.00-07.00 WIB), sunny and cloudy weather, with the potential for light rain in parts of Bogor Regency and Bogor City. Friday morning (07.00-13.00 WIB), similar conditions are expected to occur, with the potential for light rain in some areas of Bogor Regency.

Entering Friday afternoon until afternoon (13.00-19.00 WIB), light rain has the potential to fall in parts of East Jakarta, South Jakarta, Depok City, South Tangerang, Tangerang Regency, Bogor Regency, and Bogor City.

The air temperature in Bogor City and Regency is estimated to range from 18-30 degrees Celsius, while other areas in Jabodetabek range from 24-32 degrees Celsius. The humidity level is in the range of 70-95%, with the surface wind blowing from east to southeast at a speed of 2-28 km/hour.

The BMKG appealed to the public to be aware of the potential for rain accompanied by lightning or lightning and strong winds on Friday (26/9/2025) night in parts of Depok City, Bekasi Regency, Bogor City, and Bogor Regency.
