JAKARTA National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo formed a Police Reform Transformation Team tasked with evaluating all Bhayangkara Corps programs as well as following up on various inputs from the public.

Sigit explained that the internal team will prepare a thorough evaluation so that the input and improvements provided by the community can be followed up immediately.

The input that will be received is not only from the Police Reform Committee formed by President Prabowo Subianto, but also from the public, experts, and other parties who have been interacting with the Police.

He added that each input would be studied first so that the reform steps were right on target and in accordance with the expectations of the Indonesian people.

Previously, the National Police Chief had signed an Order Number Sprin/2749/IX/TUK.2.1/2025 dated September 17 regarding the formation of the Police Reform Transformation Team.

Karo Penmas, Public Relations Division of the National Police, Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, said that the formation of the team was a follow-up to the National Police in collaboration with the government and stakeholders to manage institutional transformation and accelerate reform according to public expectations.

In the structure of the Police Reform Transformation Team, the National Police Chief acts as a protector, Deputy Chief of Police, Komjen Dedi Prasetyo as Advisor, and the Head of the Team is the Head of the National Police Education and Training Institute (Kalemdiklat) Komjen Chryshnanda Dwilaksana.

A total of 52 high-ranking officers and middle-ranking police officers were involved in the team.
