Violation of residence permits is known from reports from the public who are suspicious of JRG activities in Seminyak, Kuta.

JRG diketahui tiba di Pulau Bali pada tanggal 4 September 2025 menggunakan Visa on Arrival (VoA) yang berlaku hingga 4 Oktober 2025. Namun, yang bersangkutan memalapkan izin tinggalnya dengan melakukan kegiatan komersil berupa retretogenis, yang tidak sesuai dengan izin yang dimiliki.

Winarko emphasized that his party will continue to tighten supervision of the activities of foreigners in Bali.

"Every foreigner in Indonesia must comply with immigration rules and respect the applicable legal norms. We will take firm action against anyone who misuses his residence permit," he said.
