East Jakarta Metro Police arrested a man with the initials JP (36) who molested his own nephew, NFD (16), repeatedly since March 2025 in the Munjul area, Cilangkap, East Jakarta (Jaktim).
"A man with the initials JP (36) was arrested on September 16, 2025 evening, after being reported to have sex with his own nephew, a 16-year-old high school student with the initials NFD, from March to September 2025," said Head of the Women and Children Service Unit (PPA) of the East Jakarta Metro Police AKP Sri Yatmini at a press conference at the East Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters, Thursday, September 18.

He explained that the incident occurred when the perpetrator often ate at the shop owned by the victim's parents.
