The East Jakarta Metro Police returned six stolen motorbikes from the motorcycle gang that were stored in a rented house in the Matraman area, East Jakarta, to the owner.
"When investigators carried out raids at the location, approximately 12 units of motorized vehicles were found from the results of the inspection. A total of six motorbikes were returned to the victims," said East Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head AKBP Dicky Fertoffan, Wednesday, September 17.
Dicky said the six motorbikes returned to the victim did not make a loss report to the police. Then, two other motorbikes were used as evidence because the victim had made a police report (LP).
"Two units of vehicles will be used as evidence because this has been reported by the victim," said Dicky.
Meanwhile, the other four motorbikes are still looking for the whereabouts of the original owner so that they can be returned.
