Seven Candidates For The Seat Of The North Kalimantan Provincial Secretary, Entering The Interview Stage At The Ministry Of Home Affairs

JAKARTA A total of 7 participants in the Open Selection (Selter) of the Middle High Leadership Position (JPT) of the Provincial Secretary (Sekprov) of North Kalimantan) are now entering the Interview Stage which was held at the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) on Sunday 14 September.

Plt. Head of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Kaltara, Andi Amriampa, revealed that all participants had passed the scientific writing stage and are now being tested through interviews with the chairman and members of the selection committee (Pansel).

The interview explored four important aspects, namely managerial competence, technical, socio-cultural, and government. All processes are also supervised directly by BKN," said Amriampa, Tuesday, September 16.

He explained that the results of this stage will be discussed internally by the Pansel before the three names will be determined by the National Personnel Agency (BKN).

"This selection process is an important step to determine the best figure who will carry out the mandate as the Secretary of the North Kalimantan Provincial Secretary, as well as the driving force of the regional government bureaucracy," he concluded.
