The Suspected Perpetrator Of The NTT Women's Murder Is Still Underage, Lives Alone In The Kostan Room

JAKARTA - FF (16) the alleged perpetrator of the murder of his girlfriend with the initials IM was arrested by a joint team from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Ciracas Police and the East Jakarta Metro Police Crime Unit at his home on Jalan Kerja Bhakti, RT 15/02, Makasar Village, East Jakarta on Saturday, September 13, 2025.

The perpetrator is known to be a minor. However, he has established a relationship with an adult woman with the initials IM (23), a shopping center employee in Cijantung, East Jakarta.

When arrested, the perpetrator FF admitted that he had strangled the victim using both hands until the victim was weak until he died. The perpetrators of FF were then arrested by the police for further investigation.

From the results of the examination, the perpetrator admitted that he had visited the IM victim's boarding house on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at around 23.45 WIB.

Then there was an argument between the victim IM and the perpetrator FF. The perpetrators of FF felt jealous of the victim IM who was walking with another man.

Then the victim IM felt scared and shouted to call his colleague with the initials Y (witness) who was also his boarding house neighbor.

Because the victim screamed, the perpetrator panicked and immediately strangled the victim using both hands until the victim was weak.

Furthermore, on Friday 12 September 2025 at around 11.00 WIB, the perpetrator with the initials FF returned to the IM victim's boarding house to confirm the condition of the victim. However, the perpetrators of FF saw that the victim was not moving.

The perpetrator then moved the victim's head position and covered the victim with a blanket so that it seemed as if the victim was sleeping.

The FF perpetrator fled from the victim's boarding house, while closing the victim's boarding door slightly. After this case was revealed, the police then managed to arrest the FF perpetrator at his home.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the East Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Dicky Fertoffan, confirmed the arrest of the perpetrator.

"For children who are in conflict with the law in the case, they have been secured at the Resort Police," said AKBP Dicky, Sunday, September 14, 2025.

Until now, the FF perpetrators are still undergoing examination at the PPA Unit of the East Jakarta Police Headquarters. However, the police have not detailed the status of the perpetrator in the alleged murder of his girlfriend.

Previously, it was reported that a woman with the initials IM (23) from NTT was found dead in a pathetic manner with several injuries in the boarding room on the 2nd floor, Jalan H.Husin, Gang Muchtar, RT 07/01, Susukan Village, Ciracas District, East Jakarta.

When the victim was first found, there were a number of signs of violence on the victim's body.
