"The perpetrator is still being investigated further and charged under Article 435 in conjunction with Article 138 of Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health with a maximum penalty of 12 years in prison," said Sumarni.

He emphasized that the Cirebon Police are committed to eradicating illicit drug trafficking and other illegal drugs, including limited hard drugs that are prone to misuse.
