Revealed! Immanuel Ebenezer Asks For A Motorbike, Gets Ducati From His Subordinates

One unit of two-wheeled vehicle allegedly received by former Deputy Minister of Manpower Immanuel Ebenezer (ANTARA)

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed that Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan (IEG) while serving as Deputy Minister of Manpower received a two-wheeled vehicle or motorbike after asking the Coordinator for Institutional Affairs and Personnel K3 of the Ministry of Manpower, Irvian Bobby Mahendro (IBM).

When asking for a motorbike, IEG talked to IBM: 'I know you're playing a big motorbike. For me (IEG), what motorbike fits?' said KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto as quoted by ANTARA, Sunday, August 24.

The conversation relates to the alleged extortion case in the management of the Work Safety and Health Certificate (K3) within the Ministry of Manpower.

"Then IBM bought it, and sent it to IEG's house, one Ducati," he said.

Setyo explained that the purchase of one Ducati motorbike was carried out by off the road or without any documents.

Therefore, he said, the KPK suspected that the purchase was carried out with the aim of hiding transactions.

The KPK on Friday (22/8) named Immanuel Ebenezer along with 10 other people as suspects in the alleged extortion case related to the management of the Work Safety and Health Certificate (K3) within the Ministry of Manpower.

He is said that the KPK received Rp3 billion in cash, and one two-wheeled vehicle with the Ducati brand.

Furthermore, the KPK detained Immanuel Ebenezer and 10 other suspects for the first 20 days, starting from August 22 to September 10, 2025 at the KPK branch detention center in the Red and White Building.

On the same date, Immanuel Ebenezer was removed from his position as Wamenaker by President Prabowo Subianto.

Based on the information gathered, the following are the identities of 11 suspects at the time of the case:

1. Coordinator for Institutional Affairs and Personnel of the Ministry of Manpower K3 for 2022-2025 Irvian Bobby Mahendro (IBM)

2. Coordinator for Testing and Evaluation of the Ministry of Manpower's Work Safety Competence in 2022-present Gerry Aditya Herwanto Putra (GAH)

3. Manpower Safety Sub-Coordinator of the Ministry of Manpower's K3 Development Directorate for 2020-2025 Subhan (SB)

4. Sub-Coordinator of the Ministry of Manpower's Partnership and Work Health Personnel for 2020-2025 Anitasari Kusumawati (AK)

5. Director General of Manpower Supervision (Binwasnaker) and K3 of the Ministry of Manpower in March-August 2025 Fahrurozi (FRZ)

6. Director of Institutional Development of the Ministry of Manpower in 2021-February 2025 Hery Sutanto (HS)

7. Sub-Coordinator at the Ministry of Manpower Sekarsari Kartika Putri (SKP)

8. Coordinator at the Ministry of Manpower Supriadi (SUP)

9. PT KEM Indonesia Temurila (TEM)

10. PT KEM Indonesia Miki Mahfud (MM) side
