Komjak Soal Alasan Kejari Jaksel Tak Kunjung Eksekusi Silfester Matutina: Tidak Semua Bisa Disampaikan Ke Publik

The Prosecutor's Commission (Komjak) is reluctant to convey the obstacles faced by the South Jakarta District Attorney in the execution process against the General Chair of the Red and White Solidarity (Solmet) Silfester Matutina.

Silfester Matutina has not been detained even though her legal decision has permanent legal force or inkrah since 2019.

"The South Jakarta Prosecutor has conveyed it, however, not everything can be conveyed to the public," said Commissioner of Komjak, Nurukhman to VOI, Thursday, August 14.

All information, including the obstacles faced, had been conveyed by the executor prosecutor to Komjak when he visited the Central Jakarta District Attorney's Office, today.

So far, it has only been conveyed that these obstacles will be the subject of study. Later, the results will be submitted to the AGO as a form of recommendation.

"The executor prosecutor has explained to us the stages or processes of execution. Although, in fact, until now the convict has not been successfully executed," he said.

The South Jakarta District Attorney's Office is committed to immediately detaining Silfester Matutina. Moreover, the legal decision has been signed.

"His commitment was executed as soon as possible," said Nurukhman.

For information, Silfester Matutina was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months for a general criminal case in 2019. However, until now, the authorities, namely the South Jakarta District Attorney, have not made an exception even though the decision has permanent legal force since 6 years ago.

Most recently, Silfester Matutina officially submitted a PK application on August 5, 2025 at the South Jakarta District Court. The inaugural trial will be held on August 20, 2025.
