JAKARTA - From the results of the officer's examination of the four perpetrators, it is known that the syndicate of counterfeit oil circulation and production in packaging in Kembangan, West Jakarta, has been in action for 5 years with a turnover of IDR 3.6 billion.

For their actions, the suspects were charged with Article 120 of Law no. 3 of 2014 concerning Industry, Article 113 of Law no. 7 of 2014 concerning Trade, and Article 62 in conjunction with Article 8 of Law no. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection.
