This is what happened to I Putu Eka Mahendra who abused a food stall trader in Lembongan Village, Nusa Penida, Klungkung, Bali. The perpetrator's emotions peaked because he could not top up the electricity even though those who were visited by stalls were not top up agents.

"There has been an alleged criminal act of abuse that occurred in the stall," said Head of Public Relations of the Klungkung Police, AKP Agus Widiono, Tuesday, July 22.

At first the two victims named Hendra Setiawan (25) and Moh. Khabibullah (26) were chatting at the stall. The perpetrator came off at midnight and then asked for an electric top up.

The victim also rejected the perpetrator's request. In fact, the victim's M-banking balance was shown to the perpetrator.

For what reason, the perpetrator was annoyed. The perpetrator slapped the victim and strangled her neck. According to the police, the perpetrator also hit a glass bottle into the victim's cart/rombong.

"And the perpetrator immediately left after carrying out the abuse. On the basis of this incident the two victims felt threatened and reported to the Klungkung Police for further treatment," he added.

The police immediately searched for the perpetrators and made arrests.

The perpetrator told the police he was annoyed that the victim could not serve the electricity top up.

"Currently, the perpetrators are being detained at the Nusa Penida Police for further investigation," he said.
