The Ministry Of Law And Human Rights Calls 21 Village Heads In Bangka Belitung To Complete The 2025 PJA Actualization

JAKARTA - The Regional Office (Kanwil) of the Ministry of Law of the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands stated that as many as 21 village heads and village heads in the Babel Islands had completed the actualization period for the 2025 Peacemaker Justice Award (PJA).

"Kades dan lurah yang lolos hingga tahap nasional nantinya akan menerima penghargaan PJA pada Agustus 2025," kata Kepala Divisi Peraturan-undangan dan Pembinaan Hukum Kanwil Kemenkum Babel Rahmat Feri Pontoh dilansir ANTARA, Minggu, 20 Juli.

He said that as many as 21 village heads and village heads throughout the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands had completed the actualization period and this activity was part of the PJA event organized by the National Legal Development Agency (BPHN) of the Ministry of Law.

During the three-day intensive training, participants were equipped with legal materials and conflict resolution techniques, including introductory law and Pancasila, criminal law, civil law, state administrative law, alternative non-litigation dispute resolution, legal mediation, and the role of legal counselors in establishing Villages/Sub-districts Aware of Law and Legal Aid Posts.

"The material is given by a speaker from the Supreme Court and the Ministry of Law," he said.

He stated that after training, participants continued the actualization period for one month and would continue to be selected at the provincial level, then at the national level.

The village heads and village heads in the Babel Islands who took part in the activity were the Head of Petaling Village, Bangka Regency, Ahmad Supandi. West Bangka Regency Head of Simpang Tiga Sartojoyo Village, Head of Ketap Asyro Harbar Village, Tebing Saimi Village, Head of Air Bulin Alhadi, Head of Buyan Kelumbi Village Arlan Densi, Head of Belo Laut Village Ibnu Ishak.

Kades di Kabupaten Bangka Selatan yaitu Kades Bukit Terap Rosyadi. Kabupaten Bangka Tengah Lurah Arung Dalam Jumadi, Lurah Simpang Perlang Milyadi, Kades Tanjung Gunung Muslim, Kades Jeruk Jhon Hendri, Kades Batu Belok Ahirman, Kades Simpang Katis Hendra Gunawan, Kades Celuk Alban, Kades Perlang Yani Basaroni.

Kades di Kabupaten Belitung yaitu Kades Selat Nasik Anuar. Kabupaten Belitung Timur yaitu Kades Lalang Muhammad, Kades Baru Husnul Khalik dan lurah di Kota Pangkalpinang yaitu Lurah Pasir Putih Randi Aprianto, Lurah Temberan Iswansyah.
