JAKARTA - The broken rice is a way to distinguish mixed rice from premium rice, where premium rice has more complete rice than broken rice.

For premium rice, the content of menir grains is a maximum of 0.5 percent, and the broken grains cannot be more than 15 percent.

Other grain compositions are limited to a maximum of one percent, while grains of grain and other objects are zero percent.

For medium rice, the menir item is set at two percent and the rice fracture reaches 25 percent.

The total other grains are allowed up to four percent, with a maximum grain content of one percent and another object 0.05 percent.

For submedium rice, menir grains are a maximum of four percent, rice fractures are 40 percent, other rice grains are a maximum of five percent, grains are two percent grain, and other objects are 0.05 percent.

As for broken rice, menir grain tolerance is a maximum of five percent, broken grains are above 40 percent, other rice grains are five percent, grains are three percent grain, and other objects are 0.05 percent.
