JAKARTA - President of the United States (US) Donald Trump announced that his government had reached a trade agreement with Indonesia, but gave no details regarding the agreement.
"A great deal, for everyone, has just been reached with Indonesia. I had a direct dialogue with their highly respected President," Trump wrote on the Truth Social platform reported by CNN, Tuesday, July 15.
"THE DETAIL WILL FOLLOW!!!," Trump continued.
This marks the announcement of Trump's fourth trade agreement in three months. Previously, Trump had promised dozens of deals with US trading partners during that period, but the deal proved difficult to reach.
One of the four agreements previously announced was with Vietnam earlier this month, as uploaded on Truth Social. But the US government has not announced further information about the agreement.
