Accused Of Stealing Cellphones, 3 Aniaya Men To Death On Jalan Raya Bandung-Cianjur Arrested

The police arrested three perpetrators who caused the death of a young Asep Riski (27) with a pathetic wound on the edge of Jalan Raya Bandung-Cianjur. A number of sharp weapons were also secured as evidence.

Kasatreskrim Cianjur Police AKP Tono Listianto said it was less than 24 hours that the perpetrators who resulted in the death toll were arrested by SAP, MR, and SG, while a number of other perpetrators were still being chased by officers.

"The perpetrators are residents of Palalangon Village, Paperari Village, Haurwangi District, the names of the perpetrators were obtained after officers conducted an investigation and found a number of names, less than 24 hours three people were arrested," he said in Cianjur, Friday, July 11, confiscated by Antara.

Meanwhile, a number of other suspects are suspected of running away after assaulting the victim to death on the Cianjur Police Wanted List (DPO), are expected to immediately surrender because officers will hunt them down until they are caught.

The results of the examination of the suspects revealed that Asep Riski's death began when the victim and his friend approached a group of youths at the scene to question accusations of his friend stealing a cell phone in the village.

"The victim came to clarify the accusations against his friend who was said to have stolen a cellphone, but led to clashes, because the number of victims' friends was lost, they managed to escape, while the victims had been confronted by the perpetrators," he said.

The victims became the target of the perpetrators with sharp weapons until they finally died tragically on the edge of Jalan Raya Bandung-Cianjur, seeing the dead covered in blood from the perpetrators running away.

"The perpetrators were charged with Articles 338 and 170 of the Criminal Code with a maximum imprisonment of 15 years, while the other perpetrators were immediately arrested or surrendered," he said.

His party investigated the statements of a number of witnesses who had heard a loud sound before finding the victim's body lying on the side of the road covered in blood full of stab wounds with almost severed fingers.
