"In implementing bureaucratic reform, President Prabowo has given directions. The President emphasized that the bureaucracy must be responsive to the needs of the community, effective in budget management, and can quickly implement policies," said Rini as quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, July 5.
He also said that the preparation of the Grand Design for National Bureaucratic Reform (GDRBN) will continue to focus on collaboration, capability, and bureaucratic integrity to serve the community human-based.
Rini explained that the PANRB Ministry has also prepared a Government Performance Accountability System (SAKP) policy that encourages synergy between ministries or institutions and local governments in achieving national development targets in a collaborative, effective and efficient manner.
He said that SAKP replaces the old, still institutional and divided approaches, which often have not been in harmony and have not supported the achievement of joint outcomes.
"The approach of shared outcomes in SAKP is carried out to ensure that the main performance of ministries/agencies can support Astacita's achievement, namely how the main substance of the RPJPN, RPJMN and other strategic issues, as well as organizational tusion can be translated into cross-sector IKU which will be evaluated through RB and SAKP policies," he said.
Strategic policies for bureaucratic reform are also designed to support priority programs such as food security, free nutritious food programs (MBG), people's schools, and other programs.
"In order to strengthen the national food sector, each ministry/institution has a special task, role and responsibility that complements each other," said Rini.
According to Rini, each party has a strategic complementary role, and this shows the importance of cross-sectoral and cross-agency synergies to ensure national food security can be realized in a sustainable and efficient manner.
