JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suspects that the corruption suspect in the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), Adjie bought crypto at PT Pintu Kemana Saja (DOOR).

KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said this allegation was investigated through the examination of Kho Erniawan Edbert Hartana as a private party as a witness on Tuesday, July 1. It is suspected that Adjie made a transaction using money from corruption.

From the search carried out, Edbert manages Liquidity and Trading at PT Pintu. This company is an all-in-one crypto application that has existed since April 2020 and has been officially registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and is a member of the CFX Crypto Exchange.

"The witness came to explain the flow of money from Adjie's brother for the purchase of crypto," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo in his statement, Thursday, July 3.

In this case, investigators have also asked for information from Andrew Pascalis Addjiputro, who is the President Director of PT PINTU as a witness on Wednesday, June 25. He was questioned about the flow of money in this alleged corruption case.

The DOOR through its official statement is committed to fully supporting the KPK in resolving this case. They are ready to coordinate to provide the information needed.

Yoga also claimed that PINTU was not involved in the corruption case of PT ASDP which was estimated to have cost the state Rp893.16 billion.

Previously reported, the KPK named four suspects for alleged corruption in business cooperation (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero).

They are former President Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), Ira Puspadewi; former Director of Planning and Development, Harry MAC; and former Commercial and Service Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), Muhammad Yusuf Hadi; and Adjie as the owner of PT Jembatan Nusantara.

In this case, the KPK said the five suspects had harmed state finances amounting to Rp893,160,000,000. A number of frauds occurred in the SKU process and the acquisition, including a meeting between Ira, Yusuf, and Harry Muhammad to discuss the acquisition value.

The final agreed value is Rp1,272 trillion. With details, Rp892 billion for the value of shares includes the calculation of the value of 42 ships belonging to PT JN and Rp380 billion for the value of 11 affiliated ships PT JN and new management that will continue PT JN's debt.
