PKS Politician Budi Prajogo Received Dismissal From Deputy Head Of Banten DPRD In The Aftermath Of Entrusting Students

SERANG - Politician of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), Budi Prajogo, stated that he accepted gracefully the decision of his party which removed him from the position of Deputy Chair of the Banten Provincial DPRD.

He emphasized that he was ready to be placed in any position according to the direction of the party.

"In principle, we as cadres are ready to obey and obey in any position," Budi said in Serang, Tuesday, July 1, as reported by ANTARA.

Regarding the removal, Budi said that he would not file a memorandum of objection or sue a decision to the Party Court.

We have no feeling of disagreeing or anything. We are ready to obey and obey," he said.

Although he does not know for sure his new position in the DPRD, Budi chose to leave it entirely to party decisions and institutional mechanisms.

"What are you hoping for in the commission? Yes, we'll see. I don't dare to go ahead," he said.

Budi also clarified the circulation of a memo signed and took pictures of himself which was considered an effort to entrust prospective students in the New Student Admission System (SPMB) process at a State High School in Cilegon City.

"And the so-called name didn't pass. I also don't know, I don't know. This is just the fate of the introduction," said Budi. He emphasized that there was no intervention for the school in the selection process.

Previously, the Banten PKS DPW took firm steps by removing Budi from the position of chairman of the DPRD after the circulation of the memo document. The position of Deputy Chairperson of the Banten DPRD will now be filled by Imron Rosadi, who currently serves as Deputy Chairman of Commission V of the Banten DPRD.

Chairman of the Banten PKS DPW Gembong R. Sumedi stated that the rotation of positions is part of the party's internal mechanism and a form of responsibility to the public.

"Rolling positions like this is a common thing in our internal mechanism. If there are things that are considered not in accordance with the values of the party, we will immediately evaluate and follow up," said Gembong at a press conference held in Serang.
